Tom is a Senior Systems Analyst offering over 25 years of proven hands-on experience in the information technology field. He specializes in the architecture, design, development and testing of object oriented, n-tier applications.
He has participated in several large system development projects where he has played a variety of roles including Analyst, Architect, Team Leader, and Developer. He is particularly experienced using Java, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise and Sybase EAServer.
Tom�s experience spans a variety of operational paradigms and architectures, including stand-alone rich-client, N-tier, web based, and real-time communications.
He has participated in the delivery of a number of business systems relating to financial management (relaing to banking as well as grant awards), case management, communications, military deployment tracking, issuance, and intelligence (security oriented).
As a former instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course, Tom offers the strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills that are required for project/team leadership and client interaction.
